I work in a Scrum framework alongside with my mentor, the Project Owner, BAs, and developers, to conduct research, analysis, design, testing, and feature releases to improve the HR management tool.
I boost organic SEO and convert leads by maintaining the company's blog and optimizing the user interface. Handling diverse client projects from our website and sales team broadens my experience across industries.
As an Onsite Merchandising Intern, I delved into platform operations and collaborated with a leading Health & Beauty Brand to optimize their marketing budget and refine landing page design.

I Majored in E-commerce
In July of 2022, I graduated from University of Economics and Laws in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
At first glance this might seemed unrelated to my career path, but it has proven to be a valuable asset in my design journey.
I was captivated by the versatility and practicality of technology systems, particularly how they can be used to create beautiful designs that enhance everyday experiences.
Hence, I shifted from my primary career path to explore my passion for UX and UI design.
My journey in self-learning UX/UI Design
What began as a simple love for color harmony and captivating designs has evolved into a relentless pursuit of learning, pushing boundaries, and creating impactful experiences.

Over the past two years, I've explored a wide range of tech fields, working alongside experts from different disciplines to gain valuable insights and skills.
