In a nutshell

I'm Linh, a product designer (and an artist) with a background in E-commerce and a deep curiosity for how things work (and how to make them work better).

Over the past 4 years, I’ve designed for AgriTech, EdTech, HR tools, and SaaS products, all while diving into research, exploring creative tools, and building thoughtful user experiences.

Professional life

I recently work at Shrimpl, designing digital products that support shrimp farmers through planning, operations, and farm management. Before that, I helped build tools that supported both staff and students at Eduvator, designed HR solutions at Bravo Suite, improved website UX and SEO at Orient Software, and explored design from different perspectives - from merchandising at TIKI to branding for Fuel Shack fast-food chain in Malaysia.

My journey started with a love for art and technology, and has grown into a passion for transforming complex problems into simple, thoughtful, human-centered experiences.
